Halloween & Bloody T-Shirts

Le Petite Morte is going to release a Halloween themed photoset on the 12th!

Unlike Voshie Paine’s other photosets this one does not have texture changing, but it contains a couple of copyable, removable accessories so that you can modify it to your liking. It will cost 500 L$.

And the Zombiefest is taking place! I love zombies! I’ve watched pretty much every zombie movie, I practically devour the Walking Dead graphic novels (the best graphic novels ever in my opinion), I even wrote my own (forever unpublished) zombie novel …

I bought a bloody t-shirt at the Zombiefest. Maybe I’ll also send my girl avatar to the zombie beauty pageant or go to that zombie ball. *laughs*

For this blog entry she (meaning the girl avatar) is not a zombie though. She’s a vampire because I like vampires as well, not the sparkly Twilight ones though. Those are just ridiculous (even if they are good looking, some of them at least).

New female skins @ Imagen

I’ve already blogged Mira in the Norte skintone a couple of days ago. Now I’m going to show you the other skins that Imagen has to offer.

Rack Brautigan has updated her Irene skins and released Irene 2.0.  Below I’m showing Irene 2.0 in the Este skintone and all four makeups. I don’t usually wear freckled skins, but this one is slowly growing on me. Since I don’t have a lot of red hair in my inventory, I decided to wear brown hair with it. It doesn’t look too bad either, does it? Brown haired people can have freckles, too!

Next are Mira in Este (upper left), Oeste (upper right) and Sur (lower left) and Niu in Oeste (lower right). I’m wearing them in Nocte, my favourite makeup.

Batties @ ~silentsparrow~

hyasynth Tiramisu released a new outfit: Batties! Batties is the bat version of Cheshire, but not as cute and pink! It comes with two different kinds of wings, grey and plaid ones (I’m wearing the plaid ones), two different tops (a plain one and one with a bat) and three different skirts (shown below). Batties costs 550 L$. I love it. I like hyasynth’s new, colourful outfits almost better than her older stuff, and I hope that hyasynth will eventually release something similar for men as well because my male avatar wants to wear clothes like that as well!

Pudding @ Sascha’s Designs

Sascha Frangilli released the Pudding gown! When I asked her why she had picked that name, she said “to make you smile”.  She hates pretentious names. Initially she wanted to name it “Vla” which is Dutch for “pudding”, but then decided against it because it was too vampire like.

Like all of Sascha Frangilli’s gowns the Pudding gowns comes with a couple of different skirts and tons of options. Single gowns cost 550 L$ and the fatpack with nine gowns is 4.000 L$. The colors all have delicious names like “Strawberry” or “Blueberry”.

I’m wearing the “Thin Flexi Skirt”. I also have the bolero and the shawl on. I’m pretty sure you are supposed to wear either the shawl or the bolero, but I liked the look of the two combined.

Imagen @ Skin & Shape Expo

When I visited the Skin & Shape Expo today I immediately fell in love with Imagen’s new female skin. It’s called Mira, and it comes in four different make ups.  Single skins cost 995 L$ (if I remember correctly), and the fatpack with all 4 skins is 3.000 L$.

I’m wearing Mira in Norte, the lightest skin tone.

Look of the Day

I discovered Pixel Passion during Clothing Fair in March. Today I visited the store again to see if they had anything new – and ended up buying “Kira”. “Kira” consists of a t-shirt, shorts and bangles all for 99 L$. There’s also a camping chair. If you sit on it for a certain amount of time, you can win a 50 L$ giftcard. I did exactly that, so “Kira” really only cost me 49 L$.

My hair is one of Truth’s new releases, and I’m wearing an old group gift skin from vive9. I really like how it looks on my avatar. I’ll probably buy a fatpack of vive9 skins one of these days. My shoes are a group gift as well by the way, the Maitreya Group Gift Pumps that come in a multitude of colors.
