Review: Zanzo “Reborn” skins

Theodore duCasse, the designer behind Zanzo, made new skins! “Reborn” is a line of pale, gothic skins. The skins come in six variations – Bare, Stubble, Dark Night, Red Eclipse, Midnight Grief and Sated Hunger. Each skin comes with two eyebrow and pubic hair options (dark and light). “Reborn” costs 1.200 L$ per single skin. The fatpack is 5.800 L$, and demos are available.

Bare and Dark Night.

Midnight Grief and Eclipse.

Sated Hunger and Stubble.

Personally, I really like these skins. Readers of this blog probably know that I prefer softer, androgynous looking skins (although I do put on TheAbyss every now and then). I also tend towards a darker, slightly alternative style.

The faces on these skins look much better than on the previous skins such as the Seraphim and not quite as young. In the Seraphim skins I looked all of fourteen! In the “Reborn” skins I look a bit older which suits me just fine.

I haven’t paid much attention to the body. I usually wear clothes, so I don’t care about anything below the shoulders. I buy skins because of the faces, and these faces are good.

  1. Great work with the shape! I tried the demos but I wasn’t able to adapt the shape of the mouth on my avatar. Awesome.

  2. I didn’t do anything to the shape. This is my usual shape.
