Look of the Day

I was in the mood for something different today and decided to put elf ears on my avatar. I’ve rarely done that. Even though I have a couple of elf ears, neko ears and furry avatars in my inventory, I’m usually human in SL. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because I’m human IRL and can’t identify with a furry, long-eared something?

*shrugs*

Anyway, as you can see I’m not wearing any shoes today. I couldn’t find any that looked good with this outfit, so I decided that my avatar would be barefoot. I’m barefoot most of the time in SL (apart from when I take pictures for my blog). In a virtual world where the floor isn’t cold and your feet don’t get dirty, there’s no need to wear shoes … except when the skin comes with ugly, misshapen feet …
