Happy 2009!
I already took this picture of my (admittedly somewhat androgynous) male avatar yesterday (or was it the day before that?), but didn’t have time to post it due to a need to celebrate the end of the year and get a little drunk, so here it is now, my first blog entry of 2009!
It’s morning in my part of the world, my brother (who’s visiting me for a while) is still asleep, so I decided to get some things done on my computer (like posting this, posting in my favourite forum, working on my novel) …
I’ve been looking for winter clothes in SL recently, hats, scarves, coats. Even though we don’t really have seasons in SL, it feels weird to wear summer clothes at the moment.
This is a look you’ll see me happily sporting in RL. I’m one of those people that wear black, black, black, but I’m not exactly a goth, at least not most of the time …

Unfortunately the sweater is part of the jacket.
When you buy the jacket, you get two versions: one with a sweater already attached and one without the sweater so that you can wear a different sweater/shirt …

The texture on the sweater makes it feel all fuzzy and warm. Although that sucks that you can’t break it off from the jacket. I love being able to wear things separately.
