Look of the Day
Today I decided to go for a slightly Victorian look and borrowed from my girl avatar’s closet again. The “shirt” is from an outfit from Bare Rose which is as I’ve probably written a dozen times before one of my favourite stores. You just can’t beat June Dion’s prices!
My skin’s the old and trusted skin from eXceSs. I’ve considered buying one of the new Venus skins from a.C Studios – they are beautiful - but I just couldn’t bring myself to paying 2.000 crowns for a single skin. I’ve done it before and always felt kind of bad afterwards. So I’m sticking to eXceSs for now.
The hair is TSO from Gritty Kitty. I’ve had it in my inventory for a long time, but rarely worn it. I’m not sure if it suits me …
By the way, I really hate it when designers don’t supply their shirts on all three layers. It would be much easier to mix and match if they did. I had to wear a black undershirt so that my avatar wouldn’t suffer from exposed midriff syndrome (which is even worse in a male avatar). You know what I’m talking about. This is one of the most annoying things in SL fashion – and my only point of criticism regarding the Valia outfit.

I like this look a lot and I think the hair suits you really well
